This service includes level 1 and level 2 issues. The level 3 issues are automatically charged hourly once approved by the customer. The level 3 issues are categorized under the 'Administration Services'.

  Active Ticket Deals
   
One support query per ticket.
Free Control Panel Installation and Configuration with this plan.
Free Helpdesk setup for support perquisites.
Followups are not counted, but multiple issues will be considered as multiple tickets.
Additional 3$/ticket for every ticket extra according to the bunch
Support provided through help desk alone.
Guaranteed 1 hour response time.
Guaranteed 6 hour resolution time.

No server administration tasks such as

 

a) security audit
b) software recompilations
c) third party script installations
d) Kernel reconfiguration

Additional 20$ for "ACTIVE SERVER SETUP" (one time fee)
 
         
 

Upto 30 tickets per month

= 100 USD  
  Upto 50 tickets per month = 140 USD  
  Upto 100 tickets per month = 250 USD  
  Upto 200 tickets per month = 450 USD  
  Upto 500 tickets per month = 1000 USD
